New England Fall Foliage Tours plus a Beautiful Video
New England boasts the nation’s most beautiful fall foliage of deep crimson, pumpkin and coppers from late September to early October.
With the gorgeous fall foliage season almost upon us, here are some great options to the self-drive trip.
Biking Tours: With a greater number of cycling tours each year, you’ll get a chance to experience the foliage close up and at your own pace. Tours vary in length and in ability level (easy, moderate, and difficult) and most include overnight accommodations and meals.
Hiking Tours: Guided walking tours are another great way to experience Mother Nature up close and personal. Tours vary in length and ability as well but you get the added bonus of impromptu narration from your guide.
Bus Tours: Riding along in a luxury coach just isn’t for seniors anymore – it’s an economical and comfortable way to travel for leaf seekers of all ages. The added bonus is that meals, accommodation and transportation are included.
In addition to the above, other great fall foliage tour options include travelling by steam train, steam ship or even an aerial ride in a hot air balloon. What a great way to see your true colours shining through. And if you’d like the details to the above, leave a comment and I will respond.
take care,
Connie
