Not too Late for Halloween Zoo Haunts October 31
Zoos are a great alternative for parents seeking family time and a safe adventure for their children on Halloween night.
Zoos across the United States and Canada are finding that Halloween night brings some of the biggest crowds to the zoo – even if they are mostly in strollers. Special events at the zoo take place and in some towns, visiting the zoo on Halloween seems to have taken the place of traditional trick or treating. But not to worry – there’s still candy included at the zoo.
Here are some zoos with Halloween events for tonight – it’s not too late to make plans!
- Cleveland, OH – Boo at the Zoo
- San Diego, CA – Boo at the Zoo
- Witchita, KS – Night of the Living Zoo, Sedgwick County Zoo
- Akron, OH – Boo at the Zoo
- Oakland, CA – Boo at the Zoo
- Fort Worth, TX – Boo at the Zoo
- Portland, OR – Howloween
- Oklahoma City, OK – Haunt the Zoo
If you have more cities you’d like to add to the list for next year, leave a comment below! Happy Halloween!!!
Take care,
Connie
